I really like how this app is controlling my runs. One small note - it has asked several time to take an agreement at the begging.
Description
Regular cardio workouts can now be dedicated to good thoughts. And the balance of the heart rate can be trusted to the application. It tracks your heart rate and calculates the optimal rhythm to run in sync with it. It's like a dance, it's the same rhythmic movements to the music, where the music in the headphones is designed specifically for your cardio. And besides, the application notifies by voice about all the nuances. It’s very simple. The heart rate is higher - the rhythm is slower, the heart rate is lower - the rhythm is faster. The application prevents the transition to anaerobic mode (this is when there is not enough oxygen). This means that the state of health during and after training will be positive, even if you do not train often enough. The application adapts to descents and long ascents, calculates the efficiency of the heart muscle and takes this into account right in the process.

I missed training last week. But yesterday I ran 8.3 miles with the app and I wasn't even tired. This is really cool!
Voice coach speaks little
Why does the app keep asking me to switch to walking? Although I noticed that it does not allow exceeding the heart rate.
Simple interaction
I recommended the app to my uncle. It's nice that he doesn't have to configure anything. He isn't really into all those widgets and buttons. Here you can just tap play and run.
Drums rule
Cool. The flow state is delivered!
Slower but better
I was tracking the workout in strawa at the same time, and there is the feedback: the pace was slower but the feeling was much better. I think this might be related to my physical form and I just need to exercise regularly. The app helps. That’s true

This is a game changer! Permanence is not my strong point. With Drum2Run I managed to run 6 miles after a one month break, and it felt like an easy walk.
