I really like how this app is controlling my runs. One small note - it has asked several time to take an agreement at the begging.
Description
Нужны Apple Watch. Регулярные кардиотренировки теперь можно посвятить хорошим мыслям. А баланс пульса можно доверить приложению. Оно отслеживает вашу частоту сердечных сокращений и вычисляет оптимальный ритм для синхронизации с ним. Это как танец, это те же ритмичные движения под музыку, где музыка в наушниках создана специально для вашего кардио. А кроме того, приложение оповещает голосом обо всех нюансах. Все очень просто. ЧСС выше - ритм медленнее, ЧСС ниже - ритм быстрее. Приложение предотвращает переход в анаэробный режим (это когда не хватает кислорода). Это означает, что самочувствие во время и после тренировки будет легким и бодрым, даже если вы тренируетесь недостаточно часто. Приложение адаптируется к спускам и длительным подъемам, рассчитывает работоспособность сердечной мышцы и делает это всё прямо в процессе, в каждый момент тренировки.

I missed training last week. But yesterday I ran 8.3 miles with the app and I wasn't even tired. This is really cool!
Voice coach speaks little
Why does the app keep asking me to switch to walking? Although I noticed that it does not allow exceeding the heart rate.
Simple interaction
I recommended the app to my uncle. It's nice that he doesn't have to configure anything. He isn't really into all those widgets and buttons. Here you can just tap play and run.
Drums rule
Cool. The flow state is delivered!
Slower but better
I was tracking the workout in strawa at the same time, and there is the feedback: the pace was slower but the feeling was much better. I think this might be related to my physical form and I just need to exercise regularly. The app helps. That’s true
