I would have given this app better rating, but no dark mode.

Can’t connect to a NAS if you have 2FA turned on. Don’t bother.

Waste of time, WOL does not work and struggles to find the NAS. I resorted to using WOL because the hibernation feature is also useless, there are countless people complaining about this on line also but Synology does not seem to listen to its customers. Won’t be purchasing anymore Synology NAS devices.

Not bad app, but doesn’t work when 2FA is enable on the nas, can this be fixed?

After 24-48 hours of enabling Face ID the app fails to connect to the NAS, constantly stuck in a loading/searching state. The only solution is to delete the app and re-download. This is security feature is completely useless and a massive waste of time.

Synology What have you done? Wol used to be working but it stopped working after updated the app recently. Fix it pls

The former interface was looking a little tired, this update refreshes the UI and adds a few useful things such as links to apps etc. All in all a welcome evolution.

I love the diskstation but compared to the qnap app this one does very little. You can't see CPU or ram usage or even connected users it would be nice for a little more information.

This app is great. Gives you all the functions you could need as well as notifications about your diskstation. Highly recommended for anyone with a Synology.

This is a very basic app which is what is so good about it. Love how you can just look up the basic stats like IP address and stats on hard drive used and hard drive space. Pie chart of storage uses is really handy. Also love the novelty of the "Find me" function to make the server beep. Cool.
