The search function in the seems to be very unreliable. Upon trying to book a return trip the app often shows no result or an error for the return. The app really wants me to log in - I suppose DSB is a bit of a personal data hoarder - but when I try to accommodate, the app opens a webpage which is just blank. I wish I could pay with Pay
Extremely slow and in the end no purchase was possible for an unknown reason! Please update to a more modern version where also tourists can purchase without hassle!
Easy to use and stable app. I am however missing the functionality to retrieve tickets bought through the DSB website and selecting a specific seat when adding a seat reservation in the app.

To skip queue to metro tickets machine at the airport buy a ticket through the app. Please allow to save card details for several purchases
The app requires another app for payment :( why not credit card ok directly!? Download the payment app and it requires registration :( and registration requires a danish monile number for activation code!! :( :( :( Globalisation NOT :(
