So basically the dtc App is new compare to Uber or Careem and I love it. They offer 3 types of luxury vehicules and it’s really affordable for some rides. They offer you promo codes sometimes and you can get anywhere you want in Dubai. They even call you for the confirmation or cancellation of your booking so very professional.

I have added 400 dhs to the wallet in the app and i cant even use it. i got stuc in a sitaution where i had no cash in the taxi ride BUT i payed by wallet and nothing was taken from it. I sent 3 complaints and i get very unrelated replies with no solution to such a simple problem. Never using this app again and i have 400 dirhams that are unusable in the alp.

It has been over 10 days communicating with the technical team to resolve my issue on the app, and it is still not resolved. And the communication with them is very frustrating since everyone a different person replies , and you end up explaining the issue all over again 😓

The driver have good sense of humor

This app has been a huge disappointment. The navigation directions are often incorrect, leading to a lot of frustration and over-price Additionally, rides are frequently unavailable, and the waiting times are excessively long, severely impacting the overall experience. Due to these issues, I will be deleting the app.

Highest safety and peace of mind when using this service

This program is bad because it only supports the English language.

i reserved ride to the airport 5:45AM and it was cancelled 10 mins before the scheduled time

للاسف ما في شي يردع صاحب التاكسي من تجاهلك وعدم الرد على الاتصال أو الرغبه في اداء الخدمه بكل صحيح والمراوغه بعدم الوصول الي موقعك والذهاب بعيدن عنك لكي تلغي الطلب
