OTP verification does not work

The app is probably coded by just one guy learning to code and is slowly falling apart. I cancelled the trip to change the driver 3 times, the same driver came - the guy didn’t event know I cancelled. Next time I ordered a taxi in advance, the booking disappeared, I had to quickly find normal taxi app to not miss my flight, but later I found out the driver arrived and I was charged the cancellation fee for the trip that wasn’t even in my app. Anyway, just use Kareem

Unable to get sign in code via mobile phone

I have added 400 dhs to the wallet in the app and i cant even use it. i got stuc in a sitaution where i had no cash in the taxi ride BUT i payed by wallet and nothing was taken from it. I sent 3 complaints and i get very unrelated replies with no solution to such a simple problem. Never using this app again and i have 400 dirhams that are unusable in the alp.

It has been over 10 days communicating with the technical team to resolve my issue on the app, and it is still not resolved. And the communication with them is very frustrating since everyone a different person replies , and you end up explaining the issue all over again 😓

The driver have good sense of humor

This app has been a huge disappointment. The navigation directions are often incorrect, leading to a lot of frustration and over-price Additionally, rides are frequently unavailable, and the waiting times are excessively long, severely impacting the overall experience. Due to these issues, I will be deleting the app.
