Before I download this app I couldn’t figure out where stores were I would always get lost until I heard there was a app then now I could navigate through Dubai mall.

Very poor application that tends to make it hard for any invoice to be uploaded in an attempt to avoid crediting miles to the client

The idea of the app is great, personally I only use it for redeeming points towards my Emirates membership. However, whenever the purchase is above few hundreds it takes forever for them to approve it. This honestly regret buying from Dubai mall, and let me think about going to MOE as their redeem app is way faster and easier to use. In dubai mall app you need to fill out the shop name, date and amount + uploading a pic of the receipt. Too many things!!
