There decision is law
If there is a problem with a receipt, (and they make problems how they want) the guys who decides about if valid or not are hidden behind a wall. You have no chance. Even disputing to customer service is a waste of time. They tell you all on and then they still disapprove. And after 6 month they say you passed this timeline, even so you are in dialog with them. I am wondering why they offer such a program if they are trying to not to give you the points! But this is typical in UAE!

It has only one job which is navigating but its freezing when you hit navigate. Extremely poor app thats really a shame for such a beautiful venue
