dubbii: the body doubling app

I can’t thank you enough for this app! Honestly! I don’t have ADHD but I have depression and I really struggle with self care such as showering, cleaning my room and brushing my teeth. If I brush my teeth once it’s a miracle but since downloading this app I’m doing this twice a day for the past two weeks! That has never happened! And the really messy mode helps me feel less lonely in my struggles and less overwhelmed when I’m starting the task. So thank you!!! Best money spent!

I’ve never got things done so easily and quickly, even things like having a shower and cleaning my teeth have become easier with your app and I actually enjoy doing things I don’t typically like doing because your videos make it fun. Thank you for helping me and others like me with simple things that make life easier. This app has had a massive impact on me and my mental health and I use it daily. It is not expensive at all and very reasonably priced, the quality and amount of content you get is so worth it and I can assure you it will make your life so much easier. It is no exaggeration to say that this app has changed my life. Having a clean, tidy and calming home has always been a dearly held yet unachievable dream of mine, until now. It is absolutely amazing how simply having a friendly, supportive guiding voice and body doubling video to walk me through tasks just removes all the mental clutter and confusion, and makes each step feel satisfying and doable. Each step is something I already know to do in theory, but have never been able to reliably do in practice because of overwhelm, decision fatigue and brain fog. Dubbii gently lifts all of that away. I also love how you don’t have to do a task every single day for it to found towards badges. Such a simple thing really helps to remove shame and pressure, and keeps the motivation going (I love seeing what the next little badge is going to be!). I could rave about this app forever; suffice to say it’s enabled me to achieve a dream I never thought possible - having a clean, tidy home that I can be proud of, and feel relaxed and happy in. Thank you forever!!!!!!!

As an adult with late-diagnosed ADHD, cleaning has always been a nearly insurmountable task. Lists, check sheets, routines, timers, rewards, etc.—nothing ever worked for me. This app changed all that, and it just keeps getting better!! I love the new “messy mode”; I honestly had been putting off using the app because I was afraid I was too far gone to be able to follow along. With “messy”, I got our out-of-control bedroom wrangled into something presentable and have the tools to keep it that way. It’s SO much more peaceful now; I’m not going to bed stressed out about the mess and clutter everywhere. I love that they’re just “regular folks”, not the typical TikTok influencers with perfect homes and perfect routines. Very relatable, and it feels like they’re really talking directly to you. I’m telling everyone I can about this app now; it’s amazing ❤️

The difference this app is making to my life is outstanding! For actual years I’ve had those jobs rattling around in the back of my brain - sort your wardrobe out, clear out the junk room, declutter the kitchen drawers etc etc! Our local charity shop and the bin men have recently seen a dramatic increase in their workloads 😂 I cannot thank Rich, Rox and their amazing team for the work they have put into this app. I can get through those daunting tasks feeling supported and understood! And I’m actually finding myself looking forward to getting stuck into the next task 🤯 😊🩷🩷

My house has never looked so clean, and I’m massively less stressed about it. 1- jobs I usually run a mile from are getting done and the jobs that I thought I was doing alright with, turns out I’ve been missing half the stuff I should have been doing. 2- I’m managing to do my housework without the usual avoidance and stress, knowing I have steps to follow means I don’t panic and run when contemplating doing a chore, and having someone to work alongside makes all the difference for keeping me going. 3- I love having the choice of rich or Rox to follow along with. I can either have a straightforward guider when I need a leader to follow. Or I can work alongside someone who finds the task just as overwhelming as I do when I need some solidarity.

Ngl the reminder before renewing is such a good idea, just had £182 come out of my account from some subscriptions from a year ago, wasn’t prepared lol. I’m so glad I’m gonna get that reminder, actually genius!!! Wish it was in every app :)
