Ducatti connect functionality problems
Like another owner mentioned here, i am also a new owner of the multistrada v4s and while it has many nice features, this app is totally useless.
I managed to get Sygic working in the first day and it was usable, although i find it to be a less intuitive gps, it does not know a lot of routes and if you want to modify the route, you need to exit the Ducati connect app on the phone then repair it, problems appear, frustration etc.
After this first day, (same bike, same iphone 7 ios 15.4.1, same settings) the app did not connect anymore; i had to erase and repair the phone. However afterwards, during the ducati connect usage, the phone was very laggy and so was the gps image displayed on the dashboard. After several minutes of running the sygic, during the moto ride, the image frezees always, joystick not responding. I ended up using my phone on the handlebar completelly bypasing Ducati connect.
Please make this solution work reliable.
Connection
I own a new multi v4s and it is an amazing bike, however this connection app is so limited and useless that it is such a pity. Since ducati invested so much into new technologies they could have simply copied audi technology for mirroring and connecting with phones which works great!
Hopefully, this gets resolved in future.
