Unreliable

The program keeps crashing, or indicating that you have successfully accessed your account, but won’t let you do anything. IBQ app was much better. Also, when you try to access the account via the internet, you are taken to the App Store, so you have no choice but to use your computer. Overall, the app is about 50% reliable and works inconsistently. Mar 2020

Outdated

Comparing to QNB and QIB. The App is outdated and useless.

QIB and QNB are moving forward and Dukhan Bank still behind with Mobile App

Excellent App

Excellent app.

Dose not support biometric ID for Iphone 12

The application take long time to upload, Dose not support biometric ID for Iphone 12. And everytime the app keeps crashing

Can’t send money

About to select the beneficiary and it crashes It has always been like this. Fix it!

Needs Update

App seems to crash multiple times and is not aligned properly for 12 mini the bottom screen button is unresponsive

Face ID still doesn’t work

Over 1 year of waiting and still no working Face ID
