Powerful App but need a fast and modern interface
The app is working well but it feels like a basic interface with slow transitions. Security can also be improved. The bank has certainly capability to be the best in qatar to provide best e solutions and digital banking. Hope you will upgrade the app to more efficient interface with modern vibe in the upcoming updates.
Worst banking app ever!

Login error and loading time
I moved into your bank assuming great services. This application will reduce branding of the bank. Very very slow loading and related errors. Please ask your application team did they even test the application before deploying it

There is no proper log in facilities in the app ..so many errors.what’s the use this app just to get OTP for the log in that’s it .
Very slow and Error full App
This App is the worst mobile banking app in the world... this makes me regret banking with Dukhan bank.... I don’t understand how can an international standard bank have such stupid IT Dept who couldn’t even manage to design an App. At least copy paste from other wonderful banking apps of other banks.

Can’t even login, registered and got otp and when i try to login nothing happened. Page stuck and some error page popped up.

In this world on this days everyone like to use internet banking and you have also to many competitor in market i would like to suggest u upgrade your application faster and better because most at login time it’s taking time and showing error’s So upgrade you app and faster and better
Ios variant of the app needs improvement.
App does all the basic functions properly but frequently crashes. Definitely needs a updated version with all the bugs fixed. But overall happy with the functions provided.
