Don’t accidentally click the enormous “ORDER” button in the middle of the screen that’ll send your list to the store before you’re ready to order! This terrible app doesn’t have an “Are you sure?” option or anything before it sends your order immediately. And there’s no way to cancel an order you sent accidentally. Already multiple times I’ve wasted my time and money with this app because it’s terribly designed. My recommendation - just avoid Dunkin entirely. The donut display case is tidy and well stocked, which has been a huge problem, since the departure of my favorite manager, Karen F. It’s nice to see this store getting back on track. This is DISCRIMINATION at best!!!! I am unable to drive and have no Dunkin’s within walking location of my home. How is this even fair?! I even hopped on Door Dash, Uber Eats, etc—-and found out they cannot even deliver this drink. So much for those who are handicapped, disabled or unable to obtain driver’s licenses huh? They say “America Runs on Dunkin”—that’s a laugh and half. I have encountered so many “errors” when placing a mobile order, it’s actually insane. Most of the time I’m in a rush so I end up just not getting coffee that day or going somewhere else.
