DuoCards – Sprachlernkarten

i started the free 7d trial, however, for some reason, the app doesnt recognize my free trial. i tried closing and opening the app and un- and resubscribing, it doesnt work... i first downloaded the app on my iphone, subscribed and immediately proceeded to download the app on my ipad, maybe the issue arose from that... as i said: game changer for learning a language but its so annoying that my subscription isnt recognized.... when the 'watch or disable adds' pop-up window comes, i cannot disable adds, im always redirected to the subscription options, there, when clicking on subscribe, the pop-up for already subscribed comes up. all i can do then is close that subsctiption option pop-up, returning me to the same watch or disable window, meaning i have to entirely close and restart the app.. maybe theres something i have missed, but yeah... also, when changing the user name and saving it, its not saved.

The app is great for vocabulary, i really like it. One issue that i have is with the AI language assistant, I really use it but since a while it doesn't accept to translate texts from learning language to the one i know… it is saying that he can only reply in German (language i’m learning) Some texts I don’t understand so i need some translations.. this was possible since no long ago. Will this option be back again?

Hands down the best language app I’ve ever seen. I’m a software engineer myself and have built a spaced repetition flashcard app. I wanted to extend its functionality to pretty much what DuoCards does, so now I don’t have to :D Really super great job, love this app!

I tried this app on my Samsung and loved it. I wanted to have it on my iPad too but when I try to log in an error comes saying „please use DuoCards app or a different browser to log in“ preventing to log in with my Google account. Because of this I only will give 2 stars. If the app can be started and login works definitively a 5 star app

I purchased your subscription, but the premium features haven’t been unlocked for the second day in a row. There is no way to contact you within the app.

При переносе новых слов в приложение (поделиться) на MacBook появляется ошибка в видео небольшого экрана сверху всех окон. Не исчезает пока не перегрузить ноутбук. Это можно исправить?

Користуюсь додатком DuoCards вже 2,5 роки та не уявляю свого вивчення мови без нього. Це просто знахідка і ключ до успішного запамʼятовування слів Відкрила для себе методику для запамʼятовування слів « інтервальне повторення» і цей додаток найкращий для мене в цій методиці. А чого тільки вартий особистий асистент. Рекомендую всім від щирого серця

Learning English impossible in this ap

Great app! The easiest way to learn something new. I’m expecting new future options to improve my grammar level, please add 🙏 I need also a possibility to repeat the oldest words I had learned, because when you try to repeat them, the app offers you first the recent words ( I mean the words, which have been learned recently)
