Worst company I’ve ever dealt with when it comes to customer service. Shipped my order from Chicago on April 26. Got to Atlanta area May 1. I live in the Atlanta area. It LEFT Atlanta and went to Covington, GA. It LEFT Covington and went to 3 different places in North Carolina. Entire month of May it was “in-transit” and never made it. June 3rd tracking showed it’s in Atlanta (again!!!). I contacted DVOR and Elizabeth K. told me I could get a refund on June 2 via email. On June 3rd I requested the promised refund. Guess what? Nope, it moved so I have to wait until it’s been in one location for 15 business days to get a refund. I asked if it just keeps “moving” forever, would I ever be made whole as the customer. Elizabeth K. ignored me. I’m sure she got an award for that from DVOR. I’ll never get my order and they’ll never get another order from me.

I know it’s a sister company to Optics Planet but it’s really a much easier and more cost efficient! They have never been out of stock or late.

Very wonderful app, recommend using it alongside “optics planet”(bout 90% sure there the same compony rebranded like sams club and costso) great deals daliy like they say!!!!!
Only improvement possible is shipping
Great prices, great selection. I literally can not shut up about OP and DVOR. If I could improve one thing, it’d be the shipping methods. I buy a lot from both OP and DVOR, as I’m sure many do, it can get annoying how long some items take to arrive. Overall, I’m a huge fan of OP and DVOR, my wife, not so much.

This site has the best prices and selection of any site I’ve ever used, and I’ve used them all, as far as gun part prices on high end stuff there really is no comparison to any other site

Dangerous! Very dangerous! Is all I can say, with pages of all the things I have been dreaming of in one discounted site.
Great App wish for more free shipping or coupon codes
I have been purchasing from DVOR and OP for years now. I have had great luck finding deals both at DVOR and OP. I wish they offered free shipping more often on items under $500.00. With the shipping times on DVOR especially. I tried to find a $5 off coupon code and/or free shipping, however I wasn’t successful.
