Awesome app always find great deals

I love this app. Big name brands on crazy discounts. Remember if you buy something with a good warranty you have no risk. However I’ve never needed to return anything because everything is in stellar condition. I send this to friends all the time too. 10/10.

App is good overall - definitely can spend a lot of time looking through everything. Using the search button is kind of tricky but works well. Overall, I have used DVOR and spent thousands of dollars over the past years. I have been pleased until recently parts that I am ordering do not show up as what the description I ordered said. I then returned my item and could only get credit on DVOR for it - even though the description said one thing and a different caliber muzzle break was sent instead.. I had an issue with another product similar situation… Need to make sure descriptions match the product because that is very frustrating. I enjoy DVOR but if things continue to happen like this I don’t know what I’m going to do..

Great deals on great products. Everything that I ordered was exactly what I had expected. Only downside is turn around time. You'll have to wait for orders but its worth it.

This app will give you knowledge on the market and expanding. Know what you are buying do your research and this app comes handy. I’m always checking the sale update at 11😎

Worst company I’ve ever dealt with when it comes to customer service. Shipped my order from Chicago on April 26. Got to Atlanta area May 1. I live in the Atlanta area. It LEFT Atlanta and went to Covington, GA. It LEFT Covington and went to 3 different places in North Carolina. Entire month of May it was “in-transit” and never made it. June 3rd tracking showed it’s in Atlanta (again!!!). I contacted DVOR and Elizabeth K. told me I could get a refund on June 2 via email. On June 3rd I requested the promised refund. Guess what? Nope, it moved so I have to wait until it’s been in one location for 15 business days to get a refund. I asked if it just keeps “moving” forever, would I ever be made whole as the customer. Elizabeth K. ignored me. I’m sure she got an award for that from DVOR. I’ll never get my order and they’ll never get another order from me.

I know it’s a sister company to Optics Planet but it’s really a much easier and more cost efficient! They have never been out of stock or late.

Great prices, great selection. I literally can not shut up about OP and DVOR. If I could improve one thing, it’d be the shipping methods. I buy a lot from both OP and DVOR, as I’m sure many do, it can get annoying how long some items take to arrive. Overall, I’m a huge fan of OP and DVOR, my wife, not so much.
