Dynacare Plus

Purchased this service to keep track of my lab results. It’s been 2 plus weeks and no results posted yet. Called Dynacare twice, waited over an hour both times. Eventually they just hang up without answering. Tried their message service, no reply back. Terrible app and terrible customer service.

You guys could do better! The cover provided by the lab there is no difference in upper or lower cases, however, if you just type the code in small caps it doesn’t accept. In addition, it requires to authenticate your account, but you don’t get an email to make that process, so you pay for the membership, but cannot access your account!

Can setup, zero support Waste of time

I have never written a review for anything before, but this app is by far the worst I have ever used. It was verified that my lab results were ready, but after a week of waiting they are still not available to me. I don’t even know that it’s legal to charge to view results. The app crashes routinely. I have reached out for support and gotten zero response. The health articles available have to do with topics relevant to isolation during the pandemic. Criminal.

From day one the app was glitchy and my results failed to show up. I gave up and moved on. A year later I was notified that I would be automatically renewed and charged for the next year. I followed the instructions to opt out….. yet in the app settings there isn’t any way to manage the auto renew as the FAQ suggests. Don’t waste your time and money with this app.

Registered and received one blood test result that was incomplete and inaccurate. I have found out that you can get lab results for free by asking your doctor or by going to LifeLabs. Called to cancel my subscription and request a refund which they declined because I had received “some” results. The best you can do is go into your account and cancel auto-renew so you don’t have to continue with their “service” post your first year and avoid being billed in the future. I will now also avoid using Dynacare labs as a result of this interaction and highly recommend LifeLabs for overall better quality care and service.

This app often does not work. FaceID doesn’t work and login fails forcing me to reset my password.

Doesn’t work very often! I need to see my results, but can’t log in for a while. After hours it just lets me log in. It’s not how it should work

I resent being forced to pay to get my test results. Also the app frequently gets hung up on the login screen.
