It is a useless application. You can do nothing on it except payment. Any other thing, you have to visit Etisalat.

The worst applications you can try daily! Not user friendly ar all! Subscriptions do not work properly!

Services take long time and customers lose the time Less employees No one cane help on desk, should go online Received message to go to nearest etisalat location, When go there no help from employees just said. Do it online Etisalat was the best before 8 years No. It’s a bad service

I am overseas. The app logged me out and now when I try to log in again the codes take 10 mins to arrive. By the time I receive them they are expired. I also can’t log in to or set up my business account. Hopeless!

Very nice app

You have shut down our business mobile numbers due to documents submission while you have informed us by SMS that we have until January 19 2022 to submit the documents. This is unacceptable from Etisalat to shut down our business and cause serious damages. Please reinstate immediately and adhere with your terms. Thanks Dikran Tchablakian TecBuy
