Worst app
Always whenever i tried to buy an add on it didn’t worked and next day it adds all the addon which is not required
the application crashes
When I try to terminate my subscription (GB package), the application will close.
Auto close the application
When unsubscribing any package, the application is closing automatically, I believe the application team can resolve the issue soon.
Unsubscribe button crashes
The unsubscribe button just crashes .
Keeps hanging up
Cannot unsubscribe from my addons .. app keeps closing
Really bad application
It’s really poor , allows subscription of recurring bundles in roaming but whenever try to unsubscribe, application crashes, cannot unsubscribe, really poor app, almost seems intentional !!!

Very confusing
Very confusing because I have two companies and every time some of your sims becomes suspended and wasting too much time to update the documents and the portal is not working properly
App closes when unsubscribing Add-on
Can’t Unsubscribe any add-on. Whenever try to unsubscribe the App closes. Seriously this is very difficult as my subscription is renewing every month but I don’t want it. Please fix it asap.
