投訴用太古城中心積分兌換易充站充電 coupon 極差體驗
我用以前的方法拍卡開始充電及拍卡停止充電，充電前我曾看過易充站及太古城中心 App 內都沒有清楚列明使用coupon 的方法，我以為是自動扣除已儲存 coupons再扣減剩餘款項的。 結果真的出人意表及令我驚訝，太古城中心充電coupons 並沒有扣減，充電費用直接由我的易充app 內充值額扣除，之後我多次致電易充站客服人員查詢原因，你們回覆我不能使用coupons 的原因是我沒有用 「易充站App 停止充電及選擇扣除 coupon」，即不能直接用拍卡停電 , 我再問客服在易充站及太古城中心 App 均也沒有「清楚」說明要用這個方法才可使用 coupon ，完全誤導顧客
