重点突出党务政务信息，创新传播方式，高举旗帜、引领导向，以“党端”的性质服务好党委和政府，努力讲好烟台故事，传播烟台好声音；
全新升级的网上问政服务，突出“网上民声”品牌栏目的优势，结合移动端的特点，为用户提供了一个解决身边难事烦事更新、更快、更便捷的新渠道；
烟海e家以用户为中心，更加注重用户粘性，全新打造的“身边”栏目以用户产生内容为理念，充分利用市民记者、活跃社群、注册会员等群体，第一时间为大家呈现身边的新鲜事儿。通过该栏目，用户们可以尽情地爆料、随拍、发贴了、互动。

找不到导航索引，搜索关键词找出来的都是重复重叠的新闻，希望抓紧修复bug！

改还不如不改，进去就卡在那了，找的哪里的软件公司做的。真够垃圾的。之前还经常看，删了。没劲，不够耽误时间的。
