The July 2020 update removed the ability to swipe across all the images or select certain cameras. But version 1.0.6.3 (August 2020) has restored this, so all is well now. Thank you to the developers for listening to the users.
Since latest update yesterday the app crashes when selecting the DVR. Roll back or fix please
Yes the latest app update has screwed things up a bit, what were you thinking. The previous version was just fine, I agree with another reviewer, it’s not as good as it was - please fix it. Why am I being so polite, this is most unlike me 555.
DVR760 now doesn’t work as of 8th July 2019. Please restore functionality.
A lots of problem after updated
Bought a network video recorder, went for the same brand as my 2 previous ones as I love the ease of use to save video with this app, my new recorder is an HD nvr, it downloads video clips but then when it says transcoding, nothing happens. Shame as this bug needs sorting. (IPhone X)
Few months back I had playback issues and after emailing the developer I waited and waited but guess what I did get that reply and thereafter I was being looked after step of the way to have my problems resolved. I am very satisfied of the results and now this app is amazing and love everything about it. So yes go ahead and download this app with confidence, try the free app or purchase it like I did and enjoy all the features it comes with! Thanks Eddy for your help and support!
This app and its developers are crap. I've been having playback issues for several years. I email the developers and they just ignore me. Total JOKERS. Stay away from this app!!
I’ve updated and every time I open the app it tells me to update to new version and I’m already on it Jason l
Excellent support from Eddy at Avtech. Issue with playback viewed remotely and new version released within a few days. Thanks
