not good
everytime i try to open this app it tells me it’s unable to perform an action whenever i reach for help. not useful.
Does not work
Any time I try to click for services it always says “This action cannot be performed” it’s upsetting when you’re continuously trying to get help, don’t have the means to go to someone in person and the one option that you have fails to work.
App and phone numbers don’t work
Trying to access Empower me through my school. The app doesn’t let me contact anyone and the phone and text numbers are invalid. Very frustrating for folks taking the steps to care for themselves
Cant download app
The app is advertised through my secondary school institution and i have an access code to log in. But I’m unable to download the app. The error comes up as “unable to install ‘EAP optima’ please try again later.” Is there something i should do ?
