Unbelievable
There’s no point of this app at all. It doesn’t even work as an app. All of it is just a website portal. Very laggy, very unresponsive. Not to mention many options in this app doesn’t work. Every update makes it worse. This app needs a whole rebuild
Email app
Where did your mobile email app go? It broke this week. And is no longer in the App Store. This company must be dying because its no longer supporting its own products and it has been stopping products. Looks like it’s stopping email now. I’ve had this email 23 years! At least fix your broken email app and warn us. You’re not breaking up - youre ghosting your customers.
Much worse since upgrade
I’ve had this app forever and the current upgrade makes it crash EVERY SINGLE TIME you try to open it. Please do better!!
Terrible App
This App Is Worthless… Logged in fine one minute and then it’s advising my credentials to access is wrong… I called the customer service team and they’re just as useless as the app. Dont waste your time.

They are a 3rd party call center posing as an internet provider. They made an all new app that requires autopay to be set up to function. They phish public websites for your contact info to personally call you, refuse to terminate service, and will attempt every possible avenue to redirect you so that you can still give them money.

Won’t allow me to create an account. You get an error message. I tried several times.
Horrible app and customer service
Horrible app , and website. I was able to log in into the app perfectly fine. And all of a sudden it keeps saying error and that my credentials are incorrect every time I want to log in. I have tried doing the “forgot my password” and send the reset info to my email and I don’t even receive the email. I’ve uninstalled the app multiple times and nothing. I’ve retried opening and closing the app no solution either. I called to get help and they take forever to respond or simple are horrible at helping themselves. Mind you I just got their internet service today and I have had problems with EarthLink services all day. Completely changing my internet services to another company. I do not recommend EarthLink.

Won’t let you register email Won’t let you set up a new account and won’t recognize that you’re trying to change password. Total waste of time
