Eastern Bank - Mobile Banking

Very disappointed that my 3 business accounts are not linked into the new app. When I called for help I was told that they do not know how to help with I phones only androids I always did my deposit via phone this is such a pain now I have to go the bank to deposit

Nearly every day there’s an issue with the app where I can’t even get into my account. It’s incredibly frustrating, especially on pay day:

Doesn’t even deserve 1 star honestly. Very disappointed that Eastern thought this was even close to an upgrade. Let me list just a FEW of the issues and changes from the last program design which seemed to be SUPERIOR to the new one. - categories not alphabetized - you have to click and go into every transaction to put a note. Takes forever to do. with the old app, you could quickly scroll down and input PLUS you could SEE the note on the screen. In order to even know what the note says you have to click on transaction. WHAT GOOD IS THAT? - everytime you go into your accounts, they are in a different order and no way to make them in an order you prefer - you can’t just glance quickly at all your transactions. You have to forever scroll. - any notes that were input from the last program (which ppl took the time to do) were NOT carried over - No balances appear under the pending items Honestly the list goes on and on and on. EXTREMELY disappointed!!!!! Perhaps you should have taken the time to survey customers and done a MUCH better job with this.

Dear Eastern Bank. Thank you for your oldest app. I love the most directness, clarity, and simplicity of user interface. Keep up the strongest and ambitious works.

I don’t do my banking on my phone. You’ve made your app even more difficult to use on an iPad than it was before, when you couldn’t do a horizontal display. Won’t be using the app.

App runs well, it’s very intuitive and helpful. Pleasant to look as well. Everything is easy to find and read.

App doesn’t work from 1am to 5 am horrible

Doesn’t open after the hours of 12am until roughly 6am…. Apps a joke

I event shut my phone off and turned it back on and it still just is stuck with the spinning wheel of death on the login page 😞

The app is wonderful WHEN it works. I am getting tired of having to delete the app and reinstall it because it doesn’t work properly. Instead of signing me in it just spins and spins before I can even enter my sign in info. My IOS is always up to date and there is no update available in the App Store. Plus why does it matter if someone already used the same review name? That’s ridiculous.
