Does not have basic instructions for drawer slides

Looking for dimensions for building drawers using their tandem box system. All the app has is a few end-user assembly instructions.

Been trying to install hks aventós wide door mount plate and lift hinge for about 3 days but your website and included directions are less than helpful. And all other videos are also not helpful.

If your looking for dimension tables and boring setbacks, this does not have that info. The Blum desktop site is incredible, but this app has no real info on the multitude of hinges they have.

Why should it be so hard to include a diagram where the measurements appear for placing the hinges? The most you can hope for is stopping their instruction video which has no pause button and taking a screenshot of the quick view of the diagram for installing the hinges. There is no such diagram for installing the part of the hinge that is attached to the door, it simply shows holes magically drilled that line up with the device. If you were able to get someone on the phone the instructions are equally bad.

The app is requiring too much access to personal Information. So I refused and did not use this app.

It would be cool if it was at least the catalogs for the hinges and slides. Not that great of an app. They just wanted to have an app. If you need this information you shouldn’t already be on the jobsite with your phone trying to figure it out.

I have built cabinets for 27 years, I already understand how to assemble the hardware, but I can’t find instructions for face frame use or measurements for setting up the aventos hk. I’ve wasted a ton of time, with worthless instructions. Blum makes the finest hardware of any company, but have done a terrible job with actually addressing the questions a professional would ask. The desktop website is useful. I can’t get to the desktop website on my iPad, just the stripped down mobile site that doesn’t have any of the docs or downloads available from the real site. Instead, they push this app. There’s almost nothing here. It’s just a few videos and PDFs that are missing from the mobile site. It’s painful to start, made me pick my language (which the iPad will tell you if you just ask), and a bunch of other things. All this, just to find out that the PDF that I know is on their website isn’t included in the app. Clearly someone said “we need an app!” And the committee met, and the app was made, and the box was checked. Just let me browse the desktop site from my tablet, please.
