How to backup your contacts:
1. Download Easy Backup to your phone
2. Allow Easy Backup to access your contacts.
3. Hit the big “Tap to backup” button
That’s it! Your contacts are safe on our cloud

How to transfer your contacts:
1. Sign in and backup your contacts on your old device
2. Download Easy Backup on your other device
3. Sign in with the same account you did the first time (step 1)
4. Hit “My Backup History” on the bottom part of your screen
Now you have access to all your cloud backups of your address book contacts!

How to restore your contacts:
1. In “My Backup History” tap the backup file you would like to restore contacts from
2. Select all or any contacts from the list
3. Hit “Restore Contacts”
That’s it! Your contacts have been recovered!

How to export your contacts:
1. Tap “My Backup History”
2. Choose a backup to restore
3. Select all or any contacts from the list
4. Hit “Export” to send a .vcf file by email or “Export” to choose from the many services you can upload your backups to

Useless unless you have iTard and Goggle accounts

If you want to stay free of the evil Apple and Google world give this one a miss as it needs accounts. Great if you do of course.

Simple backup

I have used this app for ages and it does what it says quite simply. Is there a way to delete the older backups?

Hi All, We have had a support ticket logged with you for more than 20 days. No response yet. Can you please get in touch with us. Backup was successful but user is reporting many contacts missing. Usually works well. Looking for a resolution please.

Anyone who knows me will say I’m hopeless with IT- but even I can press buttons on the backu app. And in very short time it’s all done 😊

Security concerns

Default setting is to ‘Share all contacts’ with them.. dodgy!. Functionality has decreased too, use to be able to ‘Export to Xls’ format, can’t now. Support Team not answering any questions.

Saved my info

I thought I’d lost all my contacts when starting to use a new phone but luckily I’d backed up to this app and so was able to easily restore them.
