Backed up contacts fine then said the file didn’t exist and it can’t do anything, Deleted my account, uninstalled app. Went with something else

How to restore your contacts:
1. In “My Backup History” tap the backup file you would like to restore contacts from
2. Select all or any contacts from the list
3. Hit “Restore Contacts”
That’s it! Your contacts have been recovered!
How to export your contacts:
1. Tap “My Backup History”
2. Choose a backup to restore
3. Select all or any contacts from the list
4. Hit “Export” to send a .vcf file by email or “Export” to choose from the many services you can upload your backups to

Didn’t work
Said a V Card file was missing and aborted.
Forget the rest this is the best
I note many people have had trouble getting contacts to Phone & Messages after going to a new phone or a full reset. This system is so seamless & easy. Go look on the web to try to fix your problem and I found none that worked let alone as good as this. Suggest you purchase the annual subscription for auto/live updates of all your accounts to the Cloud. It’s a very small price to save any hassles with Contacts. Does a great job tidying up your Contacts also
Not Easy To Use
Downloaded the app but not easy to use. Also it asks for payment if you want to back up more than 1000 contacts. I found another app much easier and it backed up 1400 contacts free of charge.
