Easy Banking App

It has been fées days I was not able to make any transfer. Called the client service and they asked me to refresh or re-install the App. After having done it, nothing worked up to today. Poor service to my taste. I had an energy and needed money!

When trying to log in the app blocks, the only thing I see is a circle that keeps circling. I hope that this issue gets solved very soon is it causes a lot of inconvenience when living abroad!

La banque d’ un monde qui change? Rien ne fonctionne et tout est ultra compliqué. Du jamais vu. Même dans le tiers-monde ils sont plus avancés

Absolutely horrendous service and app. Trying since Friday to contact the bank, impossible and can’t access my account through app. Won’t recommend at all!

The app starts to crash, tried to restart switch off internet or todo anything can’t help. Please remove videos and photos of unknown people. At least use what I have in my phone.

Je suis ravi de cette misse à niveau. La nouvelle appli offre un usage fortement amélioré qui met en avant les aspects importants du mobile banking.

Derde opeenvolgende dag dat er problemen zijn met deze app. Het is allemaal mooi en wel om kantoren te sluiten en mensen aan te moedigen om digitaal te bankieren. Het zou dan wel handig zijn moest jullie app ook werken!
