The app is largely pointless without buying the full version, and even then the full version is just not very good. Using the standard iOS camera app I get brilliant long exposures of up to 30 seconds that show the Milky Way. Trying this app with a 60 second exposure I get what looks like the Windows 95 star field screen saver, or like someone tried to draw stars in MS Paint. Very disappointed.
Paid for the “PRO” version £4.99 so I could change the iso and have higher quality images. Terrible image quality. Over exposed even in the pitch black of night you get a massive over exposed area in the middle. Support page is all in Chinese so no help. Used a tripod on solid ground with self timer and still ended up with a blared over exposed image. Terrible.
Pros: 10mb app quick to download Cons : didn’t do anything related to long exposure
ISO is stuck at 400 if haven’t paid for the pro version so can’t really control the exposure… app is pretty much useless without payment

White photos
Tried this app even paid extra to change iso. Tried various settings as per camera and my college course put it on tripod so didn’t move and getting white screen. Only thing not tried is ND filter on lens.
Looks great but every attempt to use the app results with a white image Doesn’t work.
Fix it and maybe we’ll keep the app Pfft ‘pro version’ pop up SHAME ON YOU!!! If I could shove this app in the bin I would!! *uninstalls*
