Easy Taxi, una app de Cabify

Not even receiving an OTP so impossible to use

Utilizar o serviço é uma coisa, mas quando existe um problema é uma das piores experiências da sua vida! Utilizei o serviço da Cabify táxi em São Paulo por cinco vezes em janeiro. Ao verificar no meu cartão de crédito verifiquei que eles fizeram 10 cobranças no cartão de crédito. Dos valores cobrados nenhum corresponde aos valores das corridas efetuadas em janeiro! Enviei mais de 10 e-mails ao total (eles não tem telefone de atendimento) e sempre responde um e-mail, que me parece um robô com Nome de Odalis, dizendo que minha reclamação está sendo processada! Total falta de compromisso com cliente! Não utilize este aplicativo!

In Cancun, the Taxi drivers kind of suppress the Uber drivers, using also Easy Taxi. They behave really aggressively against the Uber drivers, which offer better prices and service. But because of the aggressive Taxi drivers, there are only few of them, compared to other Mexican citys, where you’re waiting like two minutes for an Uber

Hi, I’m in Medellin Colombia currently and was always super satisfied with the previous Easy service. Taxis were available in almost 0 waiting time. Since the change to Cabify, I get no taxi anymore. It’s like there is nobody out there anymore. What happened with all the apps of the taxi drivers? I’m very disappointed with the change and at least here it is not of any use anymore. Any input?

He forced me to pay in cash claiming he had some problems with his account and wouldn’t get nothing. I am a european, female single traveller and relied on the app. Bit it’s not safe at all!

The app does not find any location in Cancun. Unusable

Não recomendo o app, uma vez que a corrida me foi cobrada e o app me informou que não havia nenhum taxi disponível. O app também tem um contato falso, uma vez que o botão de “enviar” (contato somente por e-mail) não esteve em nenhum momento disponível para envio. Tive que enviar do meu e-mail particular. Achei desonesto e amplamente complicado com suporte ao cliente. Uma armadilha.
