После того, как вы привязываете свою банковскую карту к приложению и вызываете такси, у вас списывают деньги за поездку, и после этого вы больше не можете войти в приложение под своим паролем. Вам просто говорят, что пароль неверный. Все попытки восстановить пароль тоже ни к чему не приведут

Searched for some app to get taxi in Vietnam (nha-trang) that app appeared as a top rated program that works in that area, downloaded it and it turns out that the app does not work in Vietnam...

Для тех, кто находится в Таиланде больше, чем это предполагает турпутёвка. Проще выйти и поймать такси. Полгода пытаюсь вызвать такси заранее с помощью данного приложения, однако попытки тщетны. Делаю однозначный вывод, что в Бангкоке данное приложение не работает.

I tried this app few times, here is downsides: 1) drivers are cheating the same way as normal ones, mine made twice bigger route and explained it as local drive that way, however on back way, I used ordinary taxi and made short way without any issue 2) the drivers used to claim 'arrived' when they are 2-3km away, that way they start meter and charge you for 'waiting' 3) most drivers claim the trip and never come in 20 min!!! Finally, good idea but they had some way to punish cheating drivers and control their trip. For know they simply provide service to drivers, by providing passengers who can be cheated!

Tried to find KL airport as destination by typing "klia" in the search field - no luck. Search is useless in that case, who knows airport address?

Utilizar o serviço é uma coisa, mas quando existe um problema é uma das piores experiências da sua vida! Utilizei o serviço da Cabify táxi em São Paulo por cinco vezes em janeiro. Ao verificar no meu cartão de crédito verifiquei que eles fizeram 10 cobranças no cartão de crédito. Dos valores cobrados nenhum corresponde aos valores das corridas efetuadas em janeiro! Enviei mais de 10 e-mails ao total (eles não tem telefone de atendimento) e sempre responde um e-mail, que me parece um robô com Nome de Odalis, dizendo que minha reclamação está sendo processada! Total falta de compromisso com cliente! Não utilize este aplicativo!
