Easy Taxi, una app de Cabify

Not working.

This is good information to know before setting up account.

This app is not showing the prices anymore. It only shows Taximeter but you have no idea how much your trip is going to be. That is not an honest way to work. Not using this app for that reason anymore.

Download this app instead of the Cabify app because the Cabify app won’t even load for me. Tried to register. Put in my email then was asked for a password. Immediately told my password is invalid despite generating it via a password manager.

When I tried to delete this app it deleted dozens of my other apps on my phone. I uploaded my last save which hadn’t been for a while and then noticed it was this app after I went to delete apps again. Makes me scared to erase it in case it does it again.

App doesn’t send you a code tried with two different country sims in two different continents broken and unusable

There is a software bug that prevents the user from changing the country code while adding a trusted contact. I’m surprised that the developers still haven’t fixed this issue.

I’ve use this app in a daily basis for the past 2 months, great service by the drivers, but awful by the customer service. They’re unable to make refunds when there’s any issues with the journeys, their customer service takes weeks to get a response and they don’t care about their customers at all. If you can better use UBER.

In Guadalajara, Mexico: No taxis available. Not recommended.
