Charged me for ticket, no confirmation number or ticket sent

I booked one ticket successfully, then tried to book another directly after, it charged my card but I was not sent any confirmation number or other proof that I bought the ticket. So I guess I just got scammed since I bought a bus ticket but no ticket was actually sent to me, even though my card was charged? Customer service hasn’t responded and it’s been several hours, and I messaged during their opening hours. This app is a scam

Can’t make purchases via PayPal . Always get some error even though name is correct !

Discount code

I could use the discount code my first bus ride. It was very frustrating bc I tried several times one day and on the next day tried again. It continues to say error. This is a poor app service.

Doesn’t allow me to buy tickets

Cannot pay with a Paypal account that have a different last name, and once the notification appears you need to start over👎

Stay away

I don’t recommend this app and company. Nobody answers when you want to contact them

Lots of glitches

Can’t seem to enter the “to” destination location, the system doesn’t recognize that you entered a valid location, when you use the reverse search ( up/down arrow) option, it fills in the location but you have to search the “from” location and once you find a location the “to” location gets wiped out; so then you have to type but it doesn’t recognize what you entered, and you can’t use the “to” search option either. Absolutely frustrating.

Took a few tries

Not sure what happened, it keeps timing out, took a few tries to book the ticket.

Inconvenient and expensive!

No PayPal option in the application (but in the web they have it), the result is that they charge (additional to other charges) additional 4 percent for using visa or MasterCard. Even if I booked the seat number 4 )a good seat) in this application, in the bus station they told that it’s taken and they can give only another seat, what is the sense to book?
