I’ve order ride for the pass 4days now and pay with the App but no ride to pick my order for delivery

I don’t know why a dispatch company will ask med to pay before they pick up or deliver! That’s scam! What I paid and you did not show up?

I don’t have time or strength to talk about your bad customer service and your stupid set of riders that will tell you blatantly that they aren’t coming and there’s nothing you are gonna do about it, let me just exhaust my money with you guys.

I requested for a ride to deliver my documents from Ajah to Alaba Int’l Market but they collected my money and never pick my calls again.. huge amount of money and I have been calling them till now they’re not responding back.. thieves oooo Very bad experience.. they’re scammers oooo

They’re terrible and unreliable,unprofessional with rude customer service infact this company is a scam and when your service is not done they’ll not refund back your money or even tender an apology.I have used them over the years so I can conclude on their poor service.

You don’t get your parcel when need might take days to deliver and they don’t refund your money. Please I need my refund. I already sent a mail spoke with a customer care but still got nothing.

You guys are scammers, you charge for a service customers pay and you never turn up to pick up items, if i get your address i swear down we would both play dirty in the mud…if you are yet to use easy dispatch please run away they will take your money and never show up!

In very simple terms they are deceitful and cunning. They don’t make it clear that they can’t refund your money. I put money on there and now I can’t sign into my account and use the money they have refused to refund me. I have tried to login severally with different devices but to no avail.

These people have no form of support whatsoever. You will literally go through hell to get them if you have an issue and their riders always have stories. When you eventually find their support, they’ll only make you more upset. Don’t try it.
