Free trial scam
I thought free trial meant that we can use it for free than continue using if we like it. Charged me straight up for the whole year after I put my credit card details. Very disappointing and unprofessional.

Can’t edit food items
Can’t see the point of this app if you can’t update a food item. Used the app to scan the barcode of a food item. Came up as all the correct nutrition but had calories as ZERO. No option to correct this, so if you save it adds to your food log but doesn’t deduct any calories. How can you trust an app like this if it’s saving incorrect data that you can’t correct? I also agree with all the other comments on a 7 day free trial but then it offers you a discount instead for 12 month sign up and no free period. This should be reported to Apple.
Editing/Copying Logged meals
There is no way to edit or copy logged meals. I need to start from scratch every time.
How to get an eating disorder
Counting calories is often the way young people activate eating disorders. It's a known cause of many young women acquiring Orthorexia. Be careful that this app or any other calorie counting system is causing negative changes in behavior.
poor practice
Its poor practice to offer a week subscription, take it away, and offer a lower price (which is more reasonable, and should be offered up front) and then not give the free 7day trial for free. it Reeks of scammy practices. Im hoping the ap is as good as it purports to be. I have already canceled the subscription (which also offers a weekly price, but then charges you for the year up front) for next year, because i don't want to be scammed again. the only way ill change this is if its truly an amazing ap. i hope that most of my australian products are also available via photo recognition. and the bait (of AI recognition) is reliable and its TRULY an easy way to keep count if calories. we will see…. edit-I've just searched the reviews, and despite coming up at 4 out of 5stars, cant find 1 good review, even when i change filters. very misleading. how are they able to show 4 out of 5 stars?!?

Demands an exorbitant fee upfront, after an extensive ‘personalisation quiz’ that is transparently designed to do nothing more than provoke insecurity.

I download app and charge me money with in 1 second and its show me 1 week free trial and 50% discount for 1st time and they charged me full amount and no free trial

Processed the free 7 day trial that said no charge now only to be charged $129.00 for a year subscription not happy have contacted apple for refund false advertising !
