Great app with great features!

I’ll definitely be using this when the biking season restarts. It’s a great idea to have an automated system which can text people I know if something were to happen. This app should be far more popular! Great work!

Mmmmm

So just downloaded this app for hopefully, a good summer of riding. Updated ‘My Garage’ then I was just navigating the site and ‘My garage’ was empty and someone had stolen my bike! And now I can’t get into ‘My Garage’. Not a good start!!!!

Superb app, a must for any keen motorcyclist.

I have been using the app for the last 4 months, the games that I’d have joined are excellent and have taken me to new and interesting places that I never knew existed and only a few miles from where I live! The ride log has encouraged me to get out more and save the routes I enjoy. If you or your partner want piece of mind when you are out riding then subscribe to the crash alert system. Brilliant support and a great app. Shiny side up. Thanks ESR.

Need in app trim ride

Need to trim the data for a ride within the app eg when I stop riding but forget to hit stop I want to throw away the “stationary” data when the bike was parked.

A must have app for any biker

My most used app for my bike riding time. Love how easy to use and how it can log my rides. Huge thanks

No longer works on iPhone 7

Worked well previously, but it is now asking for settings that don’t exist. Can’t log in without them..

Paid features don’t work

Just paid £14.99 for the crash alert feature. When entering contacts it either glitches and takes me back to the previous screen, or gives me an error because it won’t accept Philippine phone numbers. Tried the in app support button and get yet another error so that doesn’t work either. Will have to go via Apple to get a refund I guess.

New update is crashing!

I’ve just done the update and it’s not good I’m afraid! The app, in general is good, although not easy to navigate and doesn’t do some obvious stuff - like share your ride in detail with your Friends. Adding friends is not simple either. When I, finally, figure out how to add a friend, (You have to create a post and they “Follow” you), when you click on Following the app crashes! Same when you click on Followers. I was looking forward to using this app and what the promise of it was, but as yet it hasn’t fulfilled its promise. Please sort ASAP as this could be a great app if it was simplified!

Can’t choose a username. Just says there’s a problem been choosing loads of different usernames al within the policy. Nope. Can’t use the app. Plop
