Stupid app keeps need to update to open the condo gates.

my condo makes residents use this app but nothing works! Even a simple ‘update contact number’ can fail - I’ve input the OTP which is sent to me and the app says wrong code! Nothing works in this app, except seeing advertisements on aircon services

Poor design, no clarity on how to register yourself as a resident of condo. Will give zero star if that is possible.

After signing up. Got the successful registration letter. Waited for 3 working days. It’s still not linked to my estate.

The apps conversation and connection is not responsive , sometimes no connection. Door station intercom button is not sensitive to press. Very lousy system. My office Akuvox intercom is 100x better than this !

Has to keep updating the apps, third time in a month, else cannot be used to open condo gate. Has to close the app at backend, relaunch, then can be used without updating. Imagine you've to do this with all the groceries bags. This is the 3rd feedback in review but wasn't reflected in Review n the apps maintain a rating that I disagree with.
