Ebitcam is a mobile real-time video surveillance software used with cloud camera. Through this client, you can view your home, shops, offices and other places at any time in real-time video and video history, also receive immediate alert to the place of abnormal information alarm, and take safety precautions at the first time.

1 cam for 7 days loop record, monthly price is $ 2.99
1 cam for 30 days loop record, monthly price is $ 6.99
2 cams for 7 days loop record, monthly price is $ 4.99
2 cams for 30 days loop record, monthly price is $ 11.99
4 cams for 7 days loop record, monthly price is $ 8.99
4 cams for 30 days loop record, monthly price is $ 20.99
8 cams for 7 days loop record, monthly price is $ 14.99
8 cams for 30 days loop record, monthly price is $ 34.99
3. Payment Method
For accounts that purchase automatic subscriptions, the cost of the next subscription period will be deducted from your iTunes account 24 hours before the expiration. After the deduction is successful, the service time will be extended by one subscription period.
4. Cancel Automatic Subscription
If you need to cancel the automatic subscription, please manually go the phone "Settings" -->Enter "iTunes Store and App Store"-->Click "Apple ID"-->Select "View Apple ID"-->Enter "Account Settings" -->Click "Subscribe", and then select Ebitcam subscription service to cancel the automatic subscription. If you do not close the subscription 24 hours before the end of the subscription period, you will be deemed to agree to continue to authorize, and the subscription will be automatically renewed.

After racheta update the app stops working.

Network connection error!

All day today I've got the network connection error. Looks like your backend is down or having some bugs! All my other apps on mobile work fine resulting I have good network connection. I use it as a baby monitor so this not working today was very bad for me :( Please fix the issue.

Not working

After this last update the app is not working. Can you please do something. I have an iPad with the last software update. Thank you. Another update another problem. It's not working again. Do something please. Thank you.

Phone heating up

My iPhone is heating up really bad if I leave the app running on screen for more than a minute and drains the battery faster than normal too…

New version is not good

The previous version which was a browser simulator pretty much was better. With this new version it's loads very slow, the image quality is worse and I have to keep exiting the app and closing it completely in order to get it to load the cameras again. I hope it will get fixed soon.

Weirdly, no sound from notifications

Not working on the entire screen of my phone

After the last update the app rezolition is not covering the entire screen. Can you please fix it?

Disappointed:(

The Application is not working ok, randomly one or two cameras are going offline even thow they are recording in cloud, I don’t understand why, do you suggest any other app that works well with Ebitcam cameras ? All cameras are up to date with the software and should work very well, it looks like they are not working not even when I am in the same lan. Please help on this. Thank you, Marius
