Sound doesn’t download on videos
I’ve toggled many things and I can’t get the sound to download with the video.

Continuous monthly service, a monthly deduction
Continuous annual service, a yearly deduction

1 cam for 7 days loop record, monthly price is $ 2.99
1 cam for 30 days loop record, monthly price is $ 6.99
2 cams for 7 days loop record, monthly price is $ 4.99
2 cams for 30 days loop record, monthly price is $ 11.99
4 cams for 7 days loop record, monthly price is $ 8.99
4 cams for 30 days loop record, monthly price is $ 20.99
8 cams for 7 days loop record, monthly price is $ 14.99
8 cams for 30 days loop record, monthly price is $ 34.99
3. Payment Method
For accounts that purchase automatic subscriptions, the cost of the next subscription period will be deducted from your iTunes account 24 hours before the expiration. After the deduction is successful, the service time will be extended by one subscription period.
4. Cancel Automatic Subscription
If you need to cancel the automatic subscription, please manually go the phone "Settings" -->Enter "iTunes Store and App Store"-->Click "Apple ID"-->Select "View Apple ID"-->Enter "Account Settings" -->Click "Subscribe", and then select Ebitcam subscription service to cancel the automatic subscription. If you do not close the subscription 24 hours before the end of the subscription period, you will be deemed to agree to continue to authorize, and the subscription will be automatically renewed.

It can be a struggle.
I have to close out every time I go to another app on my phone. If I don’t and I try to go back to it, it gives me a black screen or says network error. It didn’t use to do this but now it has for the past month.

does the base job, fails in many areas, like playing camera sound on your phone speakers instead of plugged in earbuds
Cloud storage - Very poor customer service
I recently purchased cloud storage. But when I try to download , it fails. Have written to support but looks like the mailbox is unmonitored. Feeling disgusted as the footage is now lost.
Perfect for homeowners
The app is working good, camera doesn’t need strong internet connection. I have 3 cameras and all working great. It would be nice if the device lost when you first open the app can show live camera instead of going in for each camera to see.
App does not work
Every time there is an iOS update this app doesn’t work. You can’t change your settings, cloud or anything. Developer please fix in a more timely fashion.
Last update broke app 8/20/21
September 17 update did not fix this app! Latest update broke this app. Don't update! Looking for an update to fix this app! If you're running iOS 10.5 or below, do not update!!! DEVELOPERS PLEASE FIX! Once again on this date, app needs fixing please! Do not update!
I Love it
I found an easier way to connect to the cam. It was so much easier to connect the camera to my personal hot spot 1st, then found it in the local search folder in the app. I then open the camera options and searched for my provider WiFi set up the connection then added it to my profile.
App won’t work with IOS 14.4
I bought a camera online and tried for over an hour to set this up. The app locks up during the “sound connection”. Blank screen. Then crashes. All recommended wifi connectivity was correct. The app won’t let me connect the camera. I’ll return the camera and give a negative review on Amazon

It app used to work but once I updated my phone to iOS 14.4.1 I not longer get notifications alerts and every setting is turned on...
