Very bad service and app
This app and website is more than bad quality and service They cancelled my hotel reservation without my confirmation which coz my trip to be cancelled I reserved 5 rooms for all my family and the coz a huge mess they already took the money from my visa and process the refund without my confirmation However i called them but they said i have to book a gain for all rooms with new amount of money around 3000 pounds and they already took it so i have to pay again and wait for refund tp be deposit in mu account from 7 to 15 day which is not acceptable Now i have to book a gain and change the dates of my trip with new amount which cost my over 4000 pounds Also , they booked for us low category room with cost much less in the hotel it self Disappointed and will never recommend to any one

Ebookers commet des erreurs sur les factures en particulier sur les frais d’hébergement à régler sur place. Méfiance, des frais supplémentaires pas indiqués sur la facture risquent de vous être facturés. Je suis actuellement en train d’essayer de régler le problème avec ebookers qui se montre d’une absolue mauvaise foi. Je vous conseille donc de ne pas utiliser leurs services pour éviter de mauvaises surprises. Étant dans l’attente d’un retour de leur part je reverrais éventuellement mon commentaire.
