Since a few weeks my Bonus+ doesn't appear in the app (nor on my computer). Anybody got the same problem ?

Méfiance
Ebookers commet des erreurs sur les factures en particulier sur les frais d’hébergement à régler sur place. Méfiance, des frais supplémentaires pas indiqués sur la facture risquent de vous être facturés. Je suis actuellement en train d’essayer de régler le problème avec ebookers qui se montre d’une absolue mauvaise foi. Je vous conseille donc de ne pas utiliser leurs services pour éviter de mauvaises surprises. Étant dans l’attente d’un retour de leur part je reverrais éventuellement mon commentaire.

Tried to pay with a prepay card and ebookers took 25 francs from my credit card, and couldn’t pay my travel ticket, I tried again and they took 25 more…. I call them and they tell me I have to call back another day

Irgend etwas ist schief gelaufen. Ich habe mein gebrauchtes Deluxe-Zimmer nicht bekommen. Statt dessen erhielt ich ein Zimmer ohne Fenster. Ebookers konnte das Problem nicht lösen. Auch von einer Entschädigung habe ich noch nichts gesehen.

Airline platforms are bad
Booked two tickets for a holiday, had to cancel for civil unrest / riots/ curfews reason at destination. Ebookers offered a nominative only voucher, non transferable, unable to talk to a human.. lost nearly $4000.. as nominative ticket was no longer applicable. Never will I use ebookers other than finding which airlines go to a destination. I had contacted the airline directly as well, they were happy to give me a full refund.. until they saw I booked via ebookers!
