App balance slow to update

Please ECG this is a good app for us but please kindly see through your app and do this for us I mean the update balance. it keeps the same account balance after when you update

Wanted to ask why do the credit finish early it runs too fast

If you buy credit like 70gh less then a day it will finish why is the a problem or so please can you explain better

I still can’t access my balance which isn’t the best so if the team can work on that. Thanks

Upgrade your postpaid way of billing

This app has been a relief to most users since it makes payments of bills easier. However frequent updates should be made so that postpaid users won’t be billed for what has been already paid for using the app

For 3 days now I can't even buy prepaid cos of the network issue
