I trusted my money on Ecos and lost everything
In June 2023 I bought a calculator contract and also bought a mining machine. Yesterday I learned that Bitcoin valued a lot and then I entered ECOS to remove my gains. And I was surprised that my balance was negative. Apparently at some point the rates got higher than mining gains. The machine was turned off and all my gains were lost to rates. I trusted my money on Ecos and lost everything. If the rate to be debited was higher than the gains, then Echoes should have stopped until it made profits again. I want to receive what was unduly taken from me due to ECOS management error. I've tried to communicate with the manager via email and he doesn't answer me. Update: I was informed that if I do not deposit 190 dollars ECOS will confiscate my machine.
