They have great engagement when trying to sell you more mining or ASICs but when you have a problem you pretty much get ignored. I have raised an issue with them that my service fees, as expressed in bitcoin, are increasing with the value of bitcoin, it should decrease as the processing fees are fixed to a specific USD amount per THS. I’m completely ignored, and my Bitcoin wallet is now negative, and dropping my despite all time high bitcoin value. If I’m not making bitcoin at these levels then this is simply a scam.

Missing money

I purchased a bitcoin mine 2 years ago, it’s only just ended and the money I was ment to be getting has disappeared, there no trace of it I’ve got all the transactions history, since it running out of time and the amount I mined, I don’t have the bitcoin in my wallet, please fix this as I’m disappointed

Scam it will end in tears

Setup a wallet 2 years today and I can’t withdraw my funds they claim I have to keep buying contract to allow me withdraw!!!!!

STAY AWAY!!!

This app DOES NOT have a conventional crypto wallet. It is DEFINITELY a SCAM! To withdraw mined bitcoins you have to make a request which they claim is reviewed and paid within 24 hours. This is NOT THE CASE! You will never see any returns for your investment. Ilya Goldberg is supposedly the founder and has actually set up ECOS as a company in Armenia but that doesn’t make them legitimate, neither does their YouTube channel led by Anna Komashko. You have been warned!

As everyone else has said you don’t get a verification email. Absolutely useless. Please don’t say contact us I already have without reply. Pathetic!

Do not use

Absolute Scam, takes your investment and uses it to their own ends to ‘cloud mine’ not to be trusted one bit
