Far simpler using RingGo app than this one needs a redesign. Never works

Horrible experience. Verification codes take forever. Payments aren’t properly processed. Use NCP or something more reliable

I had to load this Ecoparkbuddy app yesterday to pay for parking. Today the app is completely blank so all I get is just a white screen. I can’t check my payment or make another payment. Eco car parks are a major business so why this?

Apple Pay fails, and the UX is a mess

Installed app when trying to park for an important meeting. Registration is awkward and clumsy after which the app states it has sent a 4-digit code by SMS which took 10 minutes to arrive. Once registered the car park location code, which was clearly noted on the car parks signage, was not accepted by the app. Useless. Don’t bother. Park somewhere else!

Worst app ever - makes no sense

Can only pay by the hour. Double charged me. Worst app development and UX i have ever seen. Like a 5 year old made this.

I just wanted to park. I didn’t want my new “buddy” to have access to all my details. Poor from the Glasshouse gateshead to impose this

In case it helps anyone, when you are going through the obnoxious mandatory registration process, and it repeatedly fails with a “network error”, it’s possible that your password has a character it doesn’t like and it just isn’t telling you. This is pretty representative of the whole app experience.
