ZERO stars if that was possible. I drive a lot for work. I park in a lot of places all around the country. This is the worst parking app of them all, by a very very long way. It’s worse than parking in Bath. Not that this company care, they’ve got my money now, and if I hadn’t been able to pay they would have fined me so perhaps it’s in their interest to have such an utterly terrible app. My advice is to park somewhere else and not have to use this POS app.

What an awful, confusing and time consuming setup process. I will avoid Euro car parks in future. Whoever signed off the UX wants shooting.

Totally idiotic design - absolutely useless payment process and ultimately for an overcharge. ECP should be evicted from this service for any of the other parking apps. Total morons

The phone and password from the website doesn’t work in the app. Even changed the password to avoid symbols from the app. The reset password flow generated an email to the email I registered with on the website correctly. I guess for the password reset flow phone numbers are looked up correctly. Only when dropping down to an 8 character password was I able to get it to work. Clearly there’s different logic in the app and website on maximum password length.

Yet another parking app that charges you an additional fee for using the app to pay for parking instead of using the on-site machines. In this case it’s called a “convenience” fee. I’ll stick with using the machines, which are far more intuitive to use than this app.

What a rip off. Charged an extra ‘convenience fee’ for paying via the app instead of at a machine. The app seemed to have no way to say how long I wanted to stay whereas the machine came straight up and gave me a 24 hr fee which was what I wanted. Given I am saving them the hassle of collecting money from a machine anyway I see absolutely no reason to be ripped off for using the app.

Please try to avoid.

Needs update tomorrow. /. win. Be careful of cowboy builder. They want your cash fast, everything's waiting. So fake commitments- 'message was rejected" = permit granted.! Mum's now diagnosed with cancer". Risk of collapse onto you.

Whoever developed this needs to find a new career. Embarrassing.
