This app basically rob me every chance it got, i was just using it to trade but it would take away a great amount of my money at a fast rate.my idea was never to make money off the app . Don’t recommend!!!

I received a bitcoin payment from a client and it was sent successfully and blockchain has confirmed it successful but edge has refused to attend to this matter and is driving me crazy I have provided evidence against this transaction and nothing has been done for over 3 days now please resolve this issue with my edge wallet

I’ve been using Edge for about a month now and haven’t used it for all the cryptocurrencies as yet. I just love how beautiful the interface is and my UST transactions with simplex has been phenomenal very fast right to my wallet every time in the beginning, I guess once it’s synced, the transactions go through. My bitcoin transaction using moon pay timed out, but no debit was done to my card. A little disappointed with that but I will try it again but I just want to say I think the app is very beautifully done interface.

Sorry I have being trying to make a transaction on this app and turns out my money is gone. Please can anyone help me please It’s urgent I don’t want to loose my money.

I used this app to move funds out of cold storage to convert Bitcoin into USD. In the course of doing this, after sweeping my wallet to access the funds from cold storage, I accidentally sent them back into my cold storage wallet. However, when I tried to access that cold storage wallet to re-sweep, despite the confirmation of that second transaction and verifying it was sent to correct wallet address, the funds never showed up. I’m now out over $700 and customer service has stopped responding to me.
