This app are made without any type of security for the event the user loss access to the account, they don’t link the account with an email nor phone number. All on purpose for you loose your money then they recommend to use a third party service with walletrecoveryservices.com to “brute force” recover your account, then they charge a 20% of what you have on your balance. This is the edge security options to recover your account: says: It is possible for us to send you an encrypted wallet file for this account. If you are interested, a few security questions need to be answered before we can send the file. Please understand that this file still requires the entire password before you would be able to access to the account, but in this format, you can use other tools or services to brute force the password. Please answer the following questions: 1. What is the username of the account? 2. When was the account created? Give month and year within three months. 3. When was the account last logged in? Give month and year within three months. 4. What location do you normally access the account? After receiving your answers to verify their accuracy and your ownership of the account, we will need to wait for 30 days, and if there are no other/new logins made to this account, then we will then send you this Login Package or encrypted wallet file. This encrypted Login Package is well-suited for a brute-force service such as walletrecoveryservices.com where they can run specialized software to make ~10,000 password guesses per second until they can unlock the account. They do not charge fees unless they are successful, in which case they'll charge 20% of the assets they're able to recover. Not recommended.

Be very careful, they are thieves. I made a transfer that never arrived and in order to withdraw the money they ask me for more money. scammers

I’ve been using this app for 4 years and have not had one issue. I did have a confusing situation happen when funds were being transferred but customer service helped me through. I trust this wallet over others. Just make sure you don’t share your information and keep your wallet secure.

I love the Edge app and team! I have been using this wallet for my crypto for years and have had no complaints! Happy that they are able to manage so many coins! It’s the best cold wallet out their! Had recent trouble with a coin showing up in my ETH wallet and I reached out via email and the tream was able to answer my questions and problems instantly!

4 years of taking my crypto dont you think u should close a service if u dont know how to be loyal to ypur customers especially doong fraud with my link card

Some tokens are fast like XRP to send or to receive but slower ones like ZEC take a while due to network. Great sound effects and notifications that you have received something. Customer service has fantastic follow up and they are on a mission to be a top notch wallet. I enjoy mine and prefer their security over the use of mnemonic phrases.
