Bad service

Still worked but could not terminate my account within trial then it charged me. Could not talk with Customer Service until the 3rd try. Stupid login process.

Unreliable

Unreliable service. Intermittent receipt of faxes. Have tried website, email, iOS app to no avail. For an internet fax, this is totally unacceptable. Emails to their customer service are met with generic replies which does not address the issue at all.

Terminate service without prior notice.

Efax should rate 4 or 5 star and I saw your rating only 3.6 star, there should may be something is wrong somewhere. For my case, Efax just send me a email on Saturday 24 June 2017 without giving me a prior email or notice to inform me that they had terminated my Efax on 23 June 2017. I couldn't catch hold of efax customer service to resume my Efax due to Saturday. I think Efax is trying to punish their customers by giving them a short notice on the termination of service and giving them no time to react since is Saturday. I will have a bad week end because I have no time to divert to other Fax provider and have to wait until Monday. HENRY TEONG

Deserves one star. Never hint along the whole journey that u need to pay for outgoing faxes. I mean wats the point ppl come here to send out faxes.. If u have to charge pls tell us thanks... I sign up account go through the hassle to realise its not able to work
